Kevin Stenersen Grant (born November 22, 1996) is an American business executive and real estate agent. He is currently an associate licensee for King Real Estate Group, a full-service real estate company operating in Orange County.[1]

Grant holds a real estate salesperson license and is a certified negotiation expert. He has extensive experience in the marketing and real estate industry and specializes in sales and operations planning, budgeting, management, recruiting, and negotiation.[2]

Early life and education

Grant was born on November 22, 1996, to Lisa and Stanley Grant in Orange County, California. In 2015, Grant enrolled in Irvine Valley College, where he was in the honors program and the speech and debate team. He pursued studying real estate and online marketing outside the classroom. In 2018, he went to California State University, Fullerton College of Business and Economics, to acquire a degree in Business Administration, concentrating in Entrepreneurship. Simultaneously, Grant also enrolled in the executive in residence program at California State University, Fullerton as a mentee of Scott Coler, the president of a large real estate development company, Capital Pacific Homes.

Career

Grant started his career in 2014 as a seasonal sales representative for Nuvo Olive Oil, where he worked for over a year. Simultaneously, he also served as a shift leader at Pick Up Stix the following year in 2015.

In 2016, Grant entered the real estate industry and joined Seven Gables Real Estate as a realtor. He worked for over a year at this firm, during which he acquired his official license to practice real estate issued by the California Department of Real Estate in 2017. Grant also became a Certified Negotiation Expert through the CNE training program and a graduate of Ninja Selling program.

In 2018, Grant worked as a door-to-door salesperson for Caliber Smart. He was responsible for selling Dish Network and Sprint cell phone service in Indianapolis, Indiana, prior to the T-Mobile merger deal. In 2019, Grant joined Ingroup Investments, where he worked for two years as the director of operations.

In 2020, Grant joined the King Real Estate Group, a full-service real estate company operating in Orange County as a real estate advisor. He is responsible for managing the sales pipeline and preparing contracts, disclosures, deeds, closing statements, and leases.

Grant also started Agent Online Marketer® (AOM®), a teaching platform for new real estate agents in 2020. He teaches new agents about the importance of online marketing in the real estate sector. AOM aims to help agents reach a higher number of buyers globally.
