Kash Hasworth is a dynamic American entrepreneur, solar industry expert, and author, widely recognized for his diverse business acumen and sales strategies.[1] He has successfully pioneered multiple businesses spanning various sectors, most notably the Solar Ignite Group, a provider of comprehensive solar solutions, and InTouch for Inmates, a unique platform designed to bridge communication between incarcerated individuals and the outside world. His book, "Selling Keeps You Broke,"[2] is a pioneering guide that provides a holistic approach to disruptive sales performance, drawing widespread praise for its practical and transformative insights.[3]

Renowned for his strategic approach to scaling businesses and propelling revenue growth via innovative sales and marketing tactics, Hasworth has secured his place as an influential thought leader. He proudly stands among the top 1% of earners in the solar industry, a testament to his unmatched proficiency and dedication. His industry-leading expertise and consequential impact have garnered him features in esteemed publications such as Entrepreneur,[4] Bloomberg, Yahoo! Finance, New York Weekly, LA Weekly,[5] Disrupt Magazine,[6] and more.

Career

Hasworth started his career as a youth liaison at the Workforce Career Center in 2019. His primary responsibility in this role was to foster positive and progressive relationships with individuals to increase their chances of a successful and fulfilling future and to promote social structures and well-being in the face of challenges.

In 2010, Hasworth assumed the role of Vice President of Sales at Vision Mobile. As a core member of the executive team, he drove revenue growth, steered the company into new markets, and exponentially boosted sales. He deftly managed all facets of sales and business development, ensuring optimal pricing, competitive compensation, efficient distribution, strategic channel development, and market competitiveness.[7]

Under Hasworth's leadership, Vision Mobile flourished, expanding to 28 locations across four East Coast states. His invaluable experience cultivated a profound understanding of sales, marketing, and operational strategies. Vision Mobile consistently ranked top in sales volume throughout his tenure.[8]

In 2019, Hasworth transitioned into the solar energy industry and began working as a solar energy consultant at Pink Energy. Leveraging his extensive experience in sales, marketing, and operations, he quickly ascended to the top 1% of earners in the solar industry within his first year.

Driven by the pursuit to further refine his expertise, Hasworth made a strategic transition to the role of Canvas Director at Pink Energy. In this role, he successfully launched a door-knocking division focused on CPS (customer performance score), trained and developed key leaders to execute an aggressive growth plan, and scaled multiple canvas teams across 12 states within 90 days.

In 2021, Hasworth founded Solar Ignite Group, a solar solutions company. The company aims to help homeowners control their power consumption, reduce their carbon footprint, and save money with industry-leading products, warranties, and zero upfront expenses. Solar Ignite Group offers clean energy solutions to promote a cleaner and more sustainable environment.[9]

In addition to his solar business, Hasworth is also the founder of InTouch for Inmates. It was introduced in 2016 on The Doctor's TV show, aimed at facilitating relationships between inmates and free citizens. The project aims to provide moral, legal, and emotional support to incarcerated individuals who lack resources and support. Through the platform, users can access inmate pen-pal and legal profiles, photos, and contact information to help them establish powerful connections with people outside prison walls.[10]

Hasworth is an acclaimed author known for his book, "Selling Keeps You Broke: A Holistic Approach to Disruptive Sales Performance to Earn Big."[11] In this book, he shares his vast experience in sales and presents a practical and easy-to-follow strategy to help readers excel in their field.
