Justin Fontenelle (born 10 November 1990) is a U.S.-based Belgian serial entrepreneur, real estate agent, and investor.[1] He is the owner of multiple real estate firms including JustInvestNow, New Door Deals, Trust Property Management, Prime construction and Renovation, and RJ Property Equity.[2]
Fontenelle is recognized as a pioneer in the Detroit real estate flipping business,[3] having built his empire from the ground up.[4] He became well-known after 'flipping' 20 turnkey properties to French-speaking investors, which led to the formation of his real estate and property managementempire.
Fontenelle specializes in sales and operations planning, budgeting, management, recruiting, and negotiation, and has vast expertise in the marketing and real estate industries. His many seven-figure cash streams from foreclosures have garnered him a lot of attention which has resulted in him becoming a sought-after real estate mogul in Detroit.[5]
Early life
Fontenelle was born on 10 November 1990 in a lower-middle-class family. He quit school when he was in high school and began taking odd jobs.
Career
Initially, Fontenelle worked for his father’s real estate company starting when he was 20 years old. During this time he earned $600 a month.[6] After gaining industry experience, he decided to start his entrepreneurial journey and started real estate investment in and across Detroit. Within four years, Fontenelle became a force to be reckoned with in the area - having built a business worth $10 Million from the ground up.[7]
Currently, Fontenelle serves as the CEO of multiple companies invested in the real estate business. He is also planning to expand his reach in Cleveland and Arizona this year. Apart from that, Fontenelle is also an avid investor, who believes in leveraging the power of multiple streams of income.[8] He has invested in numerous startups that resonate with his idea of growth and success.[9]

Fontenelle is engaged to Chelsie Dzbanski.
