Jeff Bullas is an Australian digital entrepreneur,[1][2] blogger,[3] speaker,[4] and bestselling author[5][6] who is best known for his podcast, The Jeff Bullas Show, a platform dedicated to helping entrepreneurs win at business, overcome challenges, and generate leads. Recently, Jeff founded Side Hustle Strategies, an educational platform that provides the latest research to start your own business.[7][8][9]

Jeff has 564.8K followers on Twitter, 17.6K followers on Instagram and 7.72K subscribers on his YouTube channel.[10]

Early life and education

Jeff earned his B.A. degree in Economics from Avondale College. Upon its completion, he started out as a teacher, teaching subjects like economics, accounting, and geography for a period of six years. However, over these years, Jeff realized that teaching was not what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. This is when he decided to tweak his career path and slowly moved towards technology and social media.

Jeff started his career as a blogger at a time when he was unemployed and had credit card debt of $50,000. He was even struggling on the personal front. This was when he came across a few self-help and marketing books, coupled with a blog by Hubspot, which motivated him to start a blog of his own.[11]

Career

Having identified people’s obsession with social media, Jeff felt compelled to start his career in social media marketing.[12] He realized that social media platforms are quite a powerful tool to market your business. This was when Jeff embarked on his journey of inspiring and educating audiences to increase their brand value through social media.[13] He named his passion project after himself and invested around $10 in it. Slowly, Jeff started creating valuable content on the power of social media and its inner secrets.[14][15]

A year later, Jeff started traveling the world speaking about how to use social networks to grow your business and change your life.[16] His approach made him garner millions of visitors on his website and also led to an increase in his social media following.[17] Through his blog, Jeff talks about entrepreneurship, innovation, social media, and digital marketing.[18][19]

Jeff has spent most of his business career in the domains of information technology and telecommunications.[20] He leads lively discussions on how to expand a brand's reach using emerging technology, content, social media, and digital marketing initiatives.[21]

Jeff also hosts a podcast called The Jeff Bullas Show, a platform dedicated to helping entrepreneurs win at business, overcome challenges and generate leads.[22] He is also the founder of Side Hustle Strategies, an educational platform that provides the latest research to start your own business.[23][24][25]
