Raised in Lahore, Pakistan, Rana completed his education with a BBA from the University of Punjab. Rana was born on April 22, 1993, in Lahore, Pakistan. He pursued his education with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Punjab after completing his schooling at The Educators School and Punjab College Lahore.

Irtaza Ali Rana's career path led him into the non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) sector after identifying a need for reliable transportation options for individuals requiring such services. Under Rana's leadership, Sehat NEMT Groups has expanded its scope, evolving into a recognized provider of NEMT services within the community.[6] The company utilizes a fleet of vans equipped with wheelchair accessibility, basic life support (BLS), stretchers and employs trained drivers, reflecting its commitment to providing user-friendly and efficient transportation solutions.[7]
