Hadrian Bouchrara is a French entrepreneur, author,[1] investor, and business coach. He is the founder and managing director of Endgame XP, an e-commerce education and consulting company focused on Amazon FBA, digital marketing, and business scaling strategies. Bouchrara has worked in the advertising technology (AdTech) sector for companies including LiveRail, Meta, and Amazon before transitioning into entrepreneurship and e-commerce.
Early life and education
Hadrian Bouchrara was born in France and grew up near Paris. He attended Pôle Universitaire Léonard de Vinci in Paris, where he earned a master's degree in communication and project management.
During his university years, Bouchrara co-managed an entertainment company specializing in fire-juggling performances. The venture provided him with early entrepreneurial experience and exposure to public speaking and event management.
Following graduation, he relocated to London, United Kingdom, where he began his professional career in the technology sector.
Career
Early technology career
Bouchrara started his career at Brightcove, a cloud-based video technology company, where he worked in customer support and became involved in digital media monetization and online advertising technologies.
He later joined AdWizz, a digital audio advertising platform, before moving to LiveRail, a video advertising and monetization company.
Meta and advertising technology
In 2014, LiveRail was acquired by Meta Platforms, Inc. (then Facebook) for approximately US$450 million.[2] Following the acquisition, Bouchrara joined Facebook's advertising technology operations as a Product Solutions Manager.
During his tenure at Facebook, he worked with digital publishers and media organizations on video advertising and monetization technologies. His professional commentary on developments in digital advertising, including video advertising standards and native advertising strategies, was published by industry publication AdExchanger.
Bouchrara worked with organizations including the BBC, CNN, Spotify, Sinclair Broadcast Group, and The Guardian on advertising technology implementations and digital media monetization initiatives.
Amazon
In 2019, Bouchrara joined Amazon as a Solutions Architect within the company's advertising technology division. His work focused on cloud infrastructure, programmatic advertising solutions, and enterprise advertising products.
Entrepreneurship and Endgame XP
In 2020, Bouchrara left the corporate technology sector to pursue entrepreneurship full-time. He became involved in Amazon's Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) private-label business model and developed e-commerce brands utilizing digital advertising and automation systems.
He subsequently founded Endgame XP, an educational platform and consulting business that provides training, coaching, and advisory services related to Amazon FBA operations, pay-per-click advertising, supply chain management, and business growth strategies.
As managing director of Endgame XP, Bouchrara works with entrepreneurs and e-commerce businesses seeking to expand their operations through digital marketing and marketplace optimization.

In 2026, Bouchrara published FBA Cheat Codes, a book focused on Amazon FBA business operations and e-commerce scaling strategies.[3]
