This contract covers several categories that offer a wide range of services to meet the desired requirements of the users including Innovative Transformations, Application Rationalization, Security Rationalization, DevSecOps and CI CD Pipeline, Orchestration and Deployments, Multi-Cloud Container Solutions, Scaled Agile Frameworks, Security and Governance, Systems Security Plans, Microservices and Kubernetes, Deep Learning & Machine Learning, Serverless Application Development, and Automated IT Operations Solutions.[5][6]

Over the years CCT STARS II contract managed to secure a number of strategic partners including AWS GovCloud (US), Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes, GitLab, Istio, 10Zig, RedHat, NAKIVO and VMware.[7][8]

History

Cloud Computing Technologies was founded in 2000 by Alan F. Castillo, a cloud architect who has vast experience in developing and implementing several innovative enterprise technology solutions for clients. Cloud Computing Technologies is headquartered in Arizona, United States and has two office locations. CCT leverages the benefits of Agile Methodology and DevSecOps to provide satisfactory, sustainable and user-friendly results.

In two decades, Cloud Computing Technologies have completed over 180 federal and DoD contract task orders. The GSA STARS II contracts aim at taking a leap from the current state of cloud migrations to the future-state by leveraging operational support on Amazon AWS and other services. Benefits of the STARS II contract include long term planning of large-scale government requirements by incorporating flexibility in its offerings of various contract types which help in mitigating risks. STARS II facilitate a number of IT solutions and promotes contract compliance ultimately reducing the potential of adverse audits. STARS II help in minimizing protest risks by supporting timely order awards for optimal mission support and offering a fair opportunity process - FAR 16.505

Services

DevSecOps Solutions

GS-06F-0787Z STARS II contract vehicle offers secure Code DevOps and custom CI CD solutions through automation and monitoring through the software lifecycle on AWS. It enables the client to adapt to the constantly changing business environment. The DevSecOps code unifies software development, security and operations in a single process that is personalized according to the client’s software. This service eliminates human errors by eliminating the need of multiple teams to work thus increasing ownership and accountability.

It covers risk characterization, monitoring, and mitigation across the application lifecycle. DevSecOps solutions help the clients to acquire satisfactory results in a short period of time.

Deep Learning

GS-06F-0787Z STARS II offers AI based software services for deep learning. It is based on artificial neural networks and learning can be supervised and structured through its software. They imitate human brain workings and apply them in data processing and creating patterns. Cloud Native Neural Networks are a specialized computing model that has a layered structure which helps in imitating the networked structure of neurons in the human brain. The data entered is processed and categorized through many layers of abstraction to make decisions at each layer. This categorization can be applied to any form of content such as text, images, audio, and video.[9]

This service can be integrated with any process by using several tools that are powered by Amazon SageMaker. The broad range of tools that are leveraged in order to elevate businesses through deep learning are TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Theano, and Caffe.

Cloud Security

GS-06F-0787Z STARS II offers cloud security services for new and existing infrastructure based  with Cloud native application firewall. It covers Microservices security, Kubernetes security, Cloud Application firewalls, AWS cloud security and Azure cloud security. It ensures that client’s microservices are fully protected in order to have satisfactory workings. STARS II also ensure that Kubernetes APIs cannot be compromised. The Cloud Application software-based firewalls are deployed on network devices to create a secure cloud working environment.

GS-06F-0787Z STARS II has partnerships with AWS Cloud Security and Azure Cloud Security which helps in staying compliant with core security.
