Faisal Alnaqbi (born 16 June 1984), popularly known as Emirati Nomad is a UAE-based pilot, entrepreneur, blogger, and social media influencer. He is the founder of Blue Wolf General Trading, an online lifestyle marketplace, and Wolf Management, a marketing & advertising firm.
Emirati Nomad is best known for sharing his traveling and cooking tips, which have become widely popular on social media spaces like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. He has over 14 years of experience in the aviation industry and has worked with the leading firms in the sector including Royal Group, Etihad, and dnata.[1]
Early life and education
Emirati Nomad was born on 16 June 1984 and grew up in Sharjah. He was the eldest son out of four siblings and developed a passion for cooking from a very young age. After graduating from AlHikma Private School, Emirati Nomad joined Horizon Flying Academy to do his pilot studies. Thereafter, he enrolled in the University of London and acquired a master’s degree in Air Transport Management.
Career
Emirati Nomad began his career in 2005 as a ground crew for dnata, where he worked for over a year at the Dubai airport handling different airlines and passengers. In 2006, he shifted career and joined Atti Home as an interior designer.[2]
After working for over a year there, Emirati Nomad became a protocol officer at Royal Group, where he worked for eight months. During his time there, Emirati Nomad was responsible to meet his highness Shaikh Tahnoon Bin Zayed AlNahyan’s delegates and arrange everything they needed.
In 2009, Emirati Nomad joined Etihad Airways as a senior first offer, where he worked for over a decade before his exit in the worldwide Covid Pandemic. As of 2022, he is concentrating on his entrepreneurial ventures - an online marketplace and a marketing & advertising firm, both based out of the UAE. Apart from that, he is also actively engaged in creating social media content which has acquired him mass popularity across all stations.
Awards and recognition
Emirati Nomad is the recipient of the Sharjah Theater award by his highness Shaikh Sultan and winner of Yalla net3asha (Come Dine with me Arabia) season 1 group finale week 9.[3]
Personal life
Emirati Nomad always believes in "Be different you'll be known" philosophy which his mom has told him if he wants to succeed. and since then he has always sought uniqueness in everything he does. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
