Dr. Charles Noplis is a skilled psychiatrist with over a decade’s worth of experience.[1] He is CEO and President of Noplis Psychiatry, and he received his medical degree from the University of Louisville School of Medicine.[2][3]
Early Life and Education
Dr. Charles Noplis started his journey in psychiatry at the University of Kentucky. There, he graduated Magna Cum Laude and earned his B.S. in Biology in 2001. He proceeded to attend the University of Louisville School of Medicine, and received his medical degree there in 2008. He completed his Residency Program in 2012 at the University of Louisville Department of Psychiatry.
Career
In May 2017, Dr. Noplis became the CEO and President of Noplis Psychiatry. Further, he has served at Seven Counties Services as an outpatient provider since early 2020.[4] Dr. Noplis holds several professional memberships, including the American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry, the American Psychiatric Association, and the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He received his ABPN Board Certification in 2013 in Psychiatry, and his ABPM Board Certification in Addiction Medicine in 2019.[5][6]
Philanthropy
Dr. Charles Noplis has always valued helping his patients and being of service to them.[7] He also dedicates his time and efforts to serving his community outside of his career as a psychiatrist and is always helping with local outreach projects.[8][9]
Further, he founded the Dr. Charles Noplis Scholarship for Medical Students, which provides scholarship funding to one student working hard and studying for a career as a doctor.[10] Dr. Noplis hopes to bolster awareness about the range of issues that students face on their journeys to becoming doctors, and to help one of them out along the way.[11][12]
