Daniela Baumann is an entrepreneur, author, and motivational speaker.[1] She is the founder and CEO of Loft1 Studios, a chain of pole dance studios in Switzerland, and the director of Global Woman Club Dubai.[2] Baumann has gained recognition for her efforts to empower women through her business ventures and motivational speaking.[3]
Early life
Baumann was born in 1966 in Germany. From a young age, she aspired to be a dancer but initially pursued a career as a hairdresser under her parents's direction. She later worked for a travel agency. Baumann moved to Ibiza at age 20, where she became involved in the dance business. She spent the next two decades performing and choreographing dance shows.
Career
In 2008, amidst the global financial crisis, Baumann, then a single mother of two, was inspired by the movie "Striptease" to pursue pole dancing. Despite facing financial challenges and skepticism, she learned pole dancing in the United States and established her first studio, Loft1, in Switzerland. Loft1 Studios has expanded to 15 branches across the country. The business expanded to 15 locations across Switzerland, providing a platform for women to build confidence and achieve financial independence.[4]
In addition to her pole dance business, Baumann founded the Women Leaders of the World, an organization that connects female entrepreneurs and promotes mutual support through events in Dubai, Munich, and Zurich.[5]
In 2023, Globe Nomination appointed Baumann as the Regional Director of Global Woman Club Dubai.[6]
Baumann is also a mentor and motivational speaker. She shares her journey of overcoming financial difficulties and personal challenges to inspire other women. Her speeches focus on building confidence, achieving financial independence, and realizing one's potential.[7]
She is a published author, with her debut publication, "Keep Going." It is a motivational book that provides insights into her life and offers practical advice for aspiring entrepreneurs. The book emphasizes perseverance and encourages readers to pursue their dreams despite obstacles.[8]

Personal life
Baumann resides in Dubai, UAE, with her husband, Fabrice Yildiz. She was previously married to DJ Bobo, but they divorced in 1994. She has two sons.
