Early life and education

Neiditch was born and raised in New York State. He pursued higher education at the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, obtaining a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, and management.

Career

In 2005, Neiditch started his real estate career by establishing River 2 River Realty, a real estate company operating across New York, Westchester, and the Hamptons. As president, Neiditch has guided the company's transformation into a well-regarded brokerage firm, landlord, property manager, and real estate developer.[7]

Over time, River 2 River Realty has amassed real estate holdings exceeding one billion dollars within the New York metropolitan area, with a notable presence in other regions. In the brokerage division, the company has executed real estate transactions exceeding one billion dollars in the past decade, consistently experiencing annual growth. The management division presently oversees the administration of over 20 buildings, comprising 2,500 units, including their furnished housing, which caters to select celebrity clientele during their stays in New York City.[8]

Neiditch is recognized for his steadfast advocacy for environmental sustainability. He pioneered the integration of solar energy at The Atelier Condo, which hosts New York City's most extensive residential solar array. The initiative serves as a model for sustainable, solar-powered living, satisfying approximately 15% of the building's energy needs. With Neiditch as President and CEO for the last 17 years, The Atelier houses the nation's highest residential solar array and has become the favored residence for numerous celebrities. Notably, Neiditch's penthouse at The Atelier drew substantial media attention as New York City's most expensive real estate listing, priced at $85 million.[9]

Neiditch is the preferred luxury realtor for a distinguished clientele, which includes renowned celebrities such as Ed Harris, Michael Douglas, Lindsay Lohan, Hillary Duff, Brenden Frasier, Dania Ramirez, Deborah Cox, Dane Cook, Taylor Hicks, Mehki Pfeifer, Jerry Stackhouse, Matthew Perry, Jeremy Piven, Amy Brenneman, Jay Pharoah, Eve the Rapper, Nick Lachey, and Michael Douglas.[10]
