Connected Health Holdings, operating as Connected Health, is a healthcare technology group founded in the United Arab Emirates. Its businesses cover software for clinics, digital pharmacy services and the preparation of compounded products for prescribers. The group identifies Connected Health OS, RxNow Pharmacy and RxNow Laboratories as its three current businesses.[1]
Connected Health was co-founded by Walid Bahri, its chief executive officer, and Marwan Abdulaziz Janahi.[2][3]
History
Connected Health developed from its founders' work on RxNow Pharmacy, a digital pharmacy service. Janahi has said that a discussion with Bahri in July 2020 about delays and limited digital access in the prescription process helped shape the idea for RxNow. According to Janahi, RxNow Pharmacy launched in 2021.[4][5]
The business subsequently expanded its published range of services beyond pharmacy fulfilment to include technology for clinics and compounded preparations. Connected Health now presents these activities under separate businesses within the group.[1][6]
Businesses
Connected Health OS
Connected Health OS is the group's software offering for clinics. According to the company, its platform allows prescriptions to be uploaded and connects the clinic's workflow with pharmacy fulfilment, including insurance processing and delivery arrangements. Connected Health describes the software as licensed by the Dubai Health Authority.[1]
RxNow Pharmacy
RxNow Pharmacy is the group's digital pharmacy business. It works with clinics and other healthcare providers to fulfil prescriptions and arrange delivery to patients. The company describes the business as combining physical pharmacy operations with digital prescription services.[7][8]
The group's website states that RxNow Pharmacy delivers approximately 2,000 prescriptions per month. This is a figure reported by the company, rather than an independently audited measure. RxNow Pharmacy's website lists Dubai Health Authority licence number 2858201.[1][9]
RxNow Laboratories
RxNow Laboratories is the group's compounding business. Connected Health states that it prepares products to prescribers' specifications and provides a certificate of analysis for each released batch.[1] The company's earlier description of its personalized medicine business discussed formulations such as creams and capsules and identified it as RxNow Personalized.[8]
Partnership with Novo Nordisk
In November 2025, Connected Health and Novo Nordisk UAE announced a partnership concerning support for people living with obesity or overweight in the United Arab Emirates. The announcement focused on the period after a prescription is issued, including access to medicines and continued patient support.[3]
The announced model combined Novo Nordisk's work in obesity care with Connected Health's digital services. It described digital prescription fulfilment, online and teleconsultations, and delivery as services intended to support the patient journey. The announcement referred to Connected Health's platform using the names RxNow Pharmacy, RxNow Personalized and RxNow Technologies.[3]
Walid Bahri, speaking as Connected Health's co-founder and CEO, said the collaboration would focus particularly on the post-prescription stage. Co-founder Marwan Abdulaziz Janahi also commented on the partnership.[3]

Connected Health identifies Walid Bahri as co-founder and chief executive officer and Marwan Abdulaziz Janahi as co-founder. Its published team also lists Suyash Jain as chief financial officer, Gabriella Brumfield as head of operations for RxNow Pharmacy, Kesha Patel as head of operations for RxNow Laboratories and Elina Avasaf as company culture officer.[1][2]
