Early Life and Education
Charisma spent her early years in Wichita, Kansas, where she was raised by a single mother in a low-income household. Her upbringing instilled in her the value of money and effective money management from an early age, which would prove to be a crucial foundation for her later career.
Ever the explorer, Charisma Carson started her entrepreneurial journey in the makeup industry back in 2010. Her hard work and dedication quickly paid off as she rose through the ranks to become a sales director and eventually a complete director in her state. But in 2013, she decided to pursue her passion for psychology and went on to complete her degree. She worked in the field of clinical psychology for a while, but the day-to-day mental exhaustion was a bit too much for her.
Charisma longed for the freedom and independence of being her own boss, so she returned to entrepreneurship and opened up a few businesses. Although she experienced some heavy setbacks along the way, she never lost sight of her goals. Eventually, she found her niche in the world of finance and established her own financial firm. Now, at the age of 39, she has become a successful entrepreneur[2] with ambitious plans to expand her business even further.
Charisma Carson attended Northwest High School and continued her education at a small business management agency and a small university. Despite facing numerous obstacles and setbacks in her journey, Charisma Carson has emerged victorious, a testament to her resilience and determination.
Career
With a specialization in clinical psychology, she initially ventured into small and medium businesses for the love of psychology and business rather than money. Her entrepreneurial ventures included a cleaning company, a clothing niche, a credit repair agency, and a life coaching company, among others. However, her passion for finances became the turning point of her life.
Charisma's zeal for learning and growing in the finance industry led her to work for various wealth management and insurance companies. She studied day and night to gain the necessary knowledge and experience to start her own financial venture. That's when she founded Global Financial Life.[3]
Initially, the going was tough for Global Financial Life. However, once Charisma understood the market dynamics, she devised a more viable business model that allowed her to expand her territory. As a result, Global Financial Life and Smart Wealth University have been operating from nine different locations across the US for several years now.[4]
Charisma believes that people cannot seek out their services if they are not aware of their existence. She emphasizes the importance of being passionate about one's work and going to great lengths to ensure the success of the company. According to Charisma, hard work and dedication to one's dreams naturally attract the public's attention and appreciation, which has become her success mantra. Moreover, she has some exciting plans for Global Financial Life that she plans to implement soon. In an interview, she shared her intention to open new locations and offer new services after conducting market research.[5]
Personal Life
Charisma Carson's personal life is a testament to her resilience and determination. With her three children, including her daughter Neah Carson and two sons, Angelo Rankin II and Caleb Grayson, at the forefront of her priorities, she currently resides in Atlanta, Georgia, where she co-parents her youngest child with her ex-fiancé, Robert. It was a tough decision for her to move from Oklahoma to Atlanta, but she believed that it was the best choice for her youngest child to have both parents in their life.
After a difficult time adjusting to the new state and its laws, Charisma decided to channel her energy toward helping others and promoting success in every aspect of life, whether it's mental, financial, or spiritual. Her family holds immense importance to her, and she values their presence just as much as her business endeavors.
Charisma can be likened to a young businesswoman who is constantly pushing herself out of her comfort zone to achieve success, no matter the challenges and uncertainties she faces. She is someone who has built an empire from scratch, using her determination, grit, and strong work ethic to make her dreams a reality.
