Early life and education
Sthalekar was born on 7 October 1972 in India. He attended the University of Mumbai, where he earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance between 1990 and 1993.
Career
Early career
Sthalekar began his professional career in sales and marketing. Between 1993 and 1995, he worked as Senior Marketing Manager at Gestetner India Ltd., where he was involved in the marketing and sales of office automation and communication systems.
Following his tenure at Gestetner India, he transitioned into financial planning, insurance advisory services, and enterprise risk management.
