Brigitte Bartley Sawyer (born December 30, 1975) is a multi-faceted entrepreneur, nutrition and life coach, realtor, business consultant, blogger, and author.[1] She is the founder of ILLUMIN8 Your Life, a successful home-based business that merges holistic wellness with network marketing. She also serves as chief people officer at Sawyer Business Group and a luxury real estate realtor at Blackstream Christie's International.[2]
Sawyer is a published author, having co-authored two Amazon bestsellers, "The Energy of Happiness" and "SIGNS: Sacred Encounters." She hosts the popular talk show The Brigitte Bartley Show, which launched in 2019.[3]

Early life and education
Sawyer was born and raised in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. During her seventh grade, she moved to Gray Court, where she grew up on a small farm. In 1993, she started her college studies at a Liberal Arts Girls' School. In 1997, Sawyer completed her studies at Columbia College, earning a degree in business administration and entrepreneurship.
After graduating, Sawyer began her professional career at Dana Holding Corporation as a human resources manager for five years. However, in 2001, she left her corporate position and focused on motherhood, dedicating her time to raising her expanding family.
Career
In 2012, Sawyer established ILLUMIN8 Your Life, a home-based business in the health and wellness industry. Through the strategic use of social media, she effectively promoted her expertise in nutrition, mindset, and fitness, driving substantial business growth. Initially specializing as an online nutrition coach, Sawyer provided tailored guidance to individuals, emphasizing nutrition, healthy aging, fitness, and mindset. Drawing from personal experiences, she recognized the significant impact of nutrition and detox on overall well-being, further augmenting her knowledge of achieving vitality and vibrancy. In March 2019, Sawyer launched The Brigitte Bartley Show, a web-based talk show targeting individuals who are ready to explore unconventional perspectives, lead fulfilling lives, uncover their purpose, and make a meaningful impact on the world. The show features stories, interviews, advice, and valuable learning experiences from those making a difference. She plans to relaunch the show in 2023.[6]
Furthermore, Sawyer serves as Chief People Officer at Sawyer Business Group. The company is a holding entity for various ventures, including 53 SportClips locations across six states, 10 Eggs Up Grill restaurants, 2 Urban Air Adventure Parks, 2 Snapology locations, and commercial and residential real estate. She and Tony signed a deal to open 10 Eggs Up Grille restaurants in Virginia, spanning from Virginia Beach to Newport News.

Personal life
Sawyer resides in downtown Greenville, SC as well as Richmond, VA, with her husband, Tony Sawyer, and 5 children, which includes three sons named Braxton, Christopher, and Thomas Stroud, and two stepdaughters named Jessica and Samantha Sawyer.
Sawyer is an avid fitness lover, enjoys hiking, yoga, travel and spending time outdoors.
