Bradley Fagg is an American real estate professional and author.[1] He is the owner of Lavish Development, a real estate development company. He is a published author, with 13 books on real estate development and fighting anxiety.[2]

Early life and education

Fagg was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. His father, Glenn L. Fagg, was an educator, teaching Utah studies and geography. Fagg attended the University of North Lexington, obtaining a master's in business administration in 2008. In 2017, he graduated with a bachelor's in marketing from Florida Tech's Nathan Bisk College of Business. He also holds a master’s in real estate development from the University of Arizona, graduating in 2022.

Fagg is a Utah real estate agent and a licensed general contractor (B100 and E100).

Career

Fagg has over ten years of experience in the construction and real estate industries, as well as expertise in the entire development process. He is committed to developing affordable residential and commercial real estate spaces for individuals and corporations.

Fagg started his career in 2014 as a purchasing agent at Geneva Rock Products. He also worked as a real estate agent at Utah Key Real Estate and Marcus & Millichap.

In 2020, Fagg established Bradley Glenn Corp., a venture capital firm.

In 2023, Fagg established Lavish Development LLC, a real estate development company. Bradley, through Lavish Development, combines his knowledge and passion for real estate to drive innovative projects and contribute to community development. He is a commercial real estate agent for eXp Commercial.

In 2024, Fagg became the lead estimator for Got Dirt Construction. Established by Leon Van Sickle, the former owner and president of Van Con Construction, Got Dirt Construction is a general contractor specializing in project management, landscaping, and earthwork. At Got Dirt Construction, Fagg manages municipal infrastructure projects.

Author work

Fagg is a published non-fiction author, having written thirteen books on real estate, personal development, and overcoming anxiety. In his books, he discusses his journey to battle anxiety and stress and aims to connect with readers on a personal level. His writings offer guidance and advice, encouraging readers to be resilient and incorporate positive life changes.

Fagg resides in Vineyard, Utah, in the United States. He is married to his wife, Emily, and has two children, Lucy and Lorenzo Fagg. He is an avid sports enthusiast, with interests in football, basketball, the MLB, NFL, and NBA.
