Dr.Azab Alaziz Alhashemi is an expert in international arbitration, with more than thirteen years of experience at international commercial arbitration and investor-state arbitration specialty.

He completed his B.A. degree as an engineer in “Information security” and got his P.H.D in the same field in 2010, also he earned the British double-board certificate in information security and managing international enterprises, then continued in the field of international arbitration, where he held the position of Arbitrator in disputes in all continents” in multiple countries, in oblige to the rules of Uncitral[1][2] and the international criminal court and the permanent court of arbitration in Hague.

ICSID[3][4] SCC[5][6] LCIA[7][8] JAMS[9][10] ICDR[11][12] CICA[13][14] CIARB[15][16] PCA, SIAC[17][18] DIAC AFA[19][20] are among other special arbitration processes for special agents according to (English, Swiss, French, Turkish, UAE, Moldovan, Singapore, Malaysian, Mexican, Mauritanian, Canadian, Saudi, Spanish, Libyan, Brazilian, German, Hong Kong, Anglo, Albanian, Bulgarian, Philippian, Japanese, Russian, Roman) law, plus Oda's law and different American laws including California, Texas and Washington laws.

Also Dr.Azab Has Owned the Nickname Of 'El Shareef' As His Family goes back to the 'Hashemi Family'.

Among other things, he held multiple positions as an owner, a CEO, or a project manager, and manager to the information development department, during his career in different Arabian and European countries, at some of the biggest companies and institutions, as well as an international investment contracts arbitrator to some companies in the UAE.

Dr.Alaziz also had preserved high ranked positions and distinguished place as an international arbitrator, and won exceptional prizes for his essential role in spreading the culture of arbitration in several countries, as well as training a group of intellectuals, lawyers, academics, ministers, and managers in Georgia, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Iraq, and Gordon. Because of his leading role in the field of international arbitration and investments, he has his print in establishing his own enterprises, which exceeds sixty companies in various disciplines, for a large number of investors in the UAE and Britain, as well as his understanding and practice of international law.

His work is not only shortened to international arbitration, but establishing law networks such as “The international diplomatic network for human right’s law” in Norway, as well as spreading the culture of law and human rights in several Arab countries.

He has held several positions in the field of human rights, including "World Human rights forum Head in Norway" and the “General Coordinator of the Syrian Coalition for the international criminal court” at the request of the international criminal court the USA and represented the “Red Cross” organization as a volunteer for 20 years, in several countries including “Iraq, Syria and Norway” as well as being an effective and active member at the Amnesty International.

Dr.Alaziz had written several articles, then registered as a professional journalist at the international federation of journalism in Brussels, Norway and multiple European countries.

And for his significant role in spreading peace in the continents, he earned many honorary functions and distinguished among others:

  • He got the “Consul” title of the American peace mission and represented it in Norway and Norwich peace assembly.
  • Strict stand out against “Death sentence”, along with a book of “Anti-death-penalty."
  • Accredited arbitrator for multiple international centers and bodies, and held unique positions in different arbitrators’ centers.
  • Assistant Secretary-general for Arab Federation for Engineering Arbitration and a member at the same federation jury for 10 different cases.
