Arvin Niknia (born 12 August 1983) is an Iranian Danish entrepreneur, author, influencer and real estate investor.[1] He is the founder of a number of companies including Smartsingles.dk, Maximum4you.com, and Memo Temp Agency. Niknia has vast experience in finance and statistical data, widely known as pioneering real estate investing.[2][3]
Born in Tehran, Iran, Niknia has founded a dating site Smartsingles.dk, which helped him in gaining recognition.[4] On several occasions, he has gained attention for bodybuilding and extravagant lifestyle. Niknia has been covered by a number of news media and publications for his entrepreneurial success story.[5][6][7]
As an author, Niknia has published a number of books including The Book Danish Racism, and The Rise and Fall of Iran and the Middle East.[8] He takes a keen interest in Sociology and Culture, their inspirations can be seen in his books. Niknia has been an advocate of healthy lifestyle and openly speaks on various social issues such as racism.[9]
Early life and education
Niknia was born on 12 August 1983 into an Iranian family in Tehran. After the fall of the Iranian king Mohammad Reza Shah Pahlavi, the situation in Iran became very chaotic. When his father resigned from his position in the Army, there was no more a future in Iran and like many Iranians, the family chose to go abroad.
Coincidentally, in 1994 the family ended up in the country Denmark, even though the destination was Canada. Arvin Niknia experienced several downturns in the Danish education system and society. It was quite difficult to accept the role of minority in the foreign society.
Right from his childhood, he was inclined towards bodybuilding. Niknia attended the University of Copenhagen for Sociology, Islamic Civilization, and Middle Eastern Studies. His subjects have been the inspiration of his book’s subject.[10]
Career
Right from his early career, Niknia had keen interest in the business and finance industry. He had analyzed several statistical data and gained the recognition of a financial economist.[11] The strategies developed, helped him realize the opportunity in the real estate industry and focused on investing in the real estate properties.[12]
He started his entrepreneurial career by founding a dating website Smartsingles.dk in 2008.[13] Niknia had also opened a pizza restaurant Herlev Pizza, to bring several pizza flavors to the pizza lovers that were not seen before.[14]
Niknia started a wooden watch business for both office and street outlooks. In 2020, started his own apparel e-commerce store Maximum4you, which offers free shipping to the United States, United Kingdom and Russia.[15][16]
Author
Niknia had an inclination towards writing on the topics of Sociology and especially Middle Eastern Studies. He has explored the work of writer Fanon and Jean-Paul Satre, which have been his primary inspirations. Some of his books are

Articles
Arvin has written critical articles about national states, authoritarian states, Islam, Christianity, and how God was created by man. In his article ”The brutality of Human” he explains the dark sides of democracy and how neoliberalism has affected the world.
Songs
Arvin has released 3 music albums named Mahnoosh, Matineh and Mahtab. Hans has also released the songs Burracho, Summer love in Denmark and Dubai Night which are available online on most music platforms and social media.
Danish Racism
In his book, he emphasizes that racism is cultural and not biological. He describes how racist statements from being a taboo become acceptable, and how indirect discrimination through legislation as so-called Danish ”integration benefit” makes racism an accepted phenomenon in Denmark, and placed many families in poverty.
Personal life
When Niknia’s family moved to Denmark, he knew only Persian, where bodybuilding became one of his passions. On several occasions, he has confirmed that due to lack of time, he is not open for any serious relationship. Niknia has gained attention on social media with his videos on bodybuilding.[17]
He has a special love for cats and is known for his tattoo love.
