Annilia Wright Mosley (born August 4, 1979) is an American motivational speaker, author, recording artist, and businesswoman.[1] She is the co-founder and chief executive officer of W'Righteous Recordings, noted for her hit singles "Greater,” “Gotta Felling Everything Is Gonna Be Alright” and "Love for Christmas" as an accomplished singer. She is also an Adjunct Business Professor at DeVry University and owns a consulting firm, A.W. Horizons, that assists business professionals, ministries, and artists in branding and ministry development.[2]

As a community worker and spiritual leader, Annilia has formed two organizations, "Keep Going Movement Inc." and "The G.I.F.T. E.D. Society Academy," to address various community problems. Annilia is a published author who has written five books, two of which are devotional and the remaining three on business, entrepreneurship, the music industry, and self-help.[3]

Annilia is a renowned motivational speaker who has delivered keynote addresses at churches, universities, business conferences, and national conventions. She has been featured in several magazines, including Gospel Flava, One Magazine (Canada), Gospel City, and Behind the Scenes.[4]

Early life and education

Annilia was born and raised in Jasper, Texas, the eldest child of Pastor Douglas and Rosalind Wright. In 1998, she received a basketball scholarship to attend Panola Junior College, where she played for two years before deciding to go full time in her singing career. Later she decided to continue her education and ended up transferring to Crichton College in Memphis, Tennessee; from 2001 to 2003, she earned an Associate's degree in Biblical Studies. Afterward, she earned a Bachelor's in Management from the University of Phoenix in 2008 and a Master's in Business Administration from the same institution in 2010. She also holds a second Master’s degree in Divinity from Claremont School of Theology in Claremont, California. She is currently pursuing her third Master's Degree in Education and Organizational Leadership from Moreland University, and she intends to obtain a Doctorate in Business, Theology, or Teaching in the future.

Career

By her teenage years, Annilia had already begun speaking and singing and went on to start a group with her younger sister called "The Wright Sisters." She started her record label W'Righteous Records and produced the group's first album at 18. This independent album sold over 10,000 copies in several states through a take-it-to-the-street approach. Her experiences range from record executive to stage Management, artist management, radio and T.V. hosting, and production. She served as an executive assistant and road manager to Gospel artist Kim Burrell for three years.

As an accomplished speaker, Annilia has captivated audiences for over 20 years with her unique style of speaking and singing, earning her a reputation as a sought-after speaker and performer.

She has toured extensively, performing in the 50 states, Canada, Bahamas, and Paris, France. She is highly respected for her speaking abilities and has been invited to speak on panels at various events, including churches, universities, business workshops, and national conventions. She is known to have shared the stage with many renowned national artists, such as Mary Mary, Yalonda Adams, Kirk Franklin, Dr. Bobby Jones, Deitrick Haddon, and Michelle Williams.

As an experienced spiritual leader, Annilia is passionate about leading people into worship. She has shared the stage with many great artists, such as Tonex, Lucinda Moore, Angela Spivey, Trin-i-tee 5:7, Cedrick Ford, Charles Woolfork, Deitrick Haddon, Michelle Williams, and Dawkins & Dawkins, to name a few. Annilia has also appeared on B.E.T.'s Dr. Bobby Jones Gospel on several occasions and featured in several magazines such as "Gospel Flava," "One Magazine (Canada), Gospel City," The Belle Report, Black Gospel Promo and "Behind the Scenes."

Annilia founded two organizations: the Keep Going Movement Inc. and "The G.I.F.T. E.D. Society Academy," which stands for Growing In Faith Today Equipped & Determined. Both organizations aim to meet the diverse needs of the community, with a focus on promoting higher education, motivation for life, and success in leadership development, business, ministry, and the music industry. Her work with these organizations reflects her passion for giving back to the community.

Annilia, garnered fame as a published author with the release of her book, The Business of Ministry, in 2017.[5][6] She has also authored two devotional books titled "Hey Praying King & Hey Praying Queen Keep Going!." Annilia other significant works as an author include "How to Thrive In the Music Industry (2019)," and "GREATER Is Within You, Keep Going (2023)."

Personal life

Annilia resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband, Dr. Michael L. Mosley, and six children: Sir. Michael, MiKayla, Benjamin, Christopher, Patrick, and Jaden.
