Anna Diamantakos (born in 1980) is a licensed aesthetician and beauty industry professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years. She is a certified makeup artist, airbrush technician, permanent makeup technician, and expert in post-operative care and holistic body sculpting.[1][2][3][4][5]
Diamantakos owns and operates Liquid Sunshine Sculpt, a premier airbrush beauty boutique that provides a comprehensive range of services, including skin treatments, eyelash extensions, lymphatic drainage,[6] and body sculpting.[7]
Diamantakos is widely recognized for her outstanding achievements and exceptional skills in the beauty and aesthetics industry.[8] She has earned a strong reputation as a dedicated and hardworking professional who is committed to delivering exceptional results to her clients.[9] Her extensive knowledge and expertise, gained from working with cosmetic surgeons worldwide, have enabled her to establish a thriving business that assists individuals in enhancing their appearance and boosting their confidence.[10]
Early life and education
Diamantakos was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, by her paternal grandparents, Anna and George Diamantakos. Her parents, James Diamantakos and Stella Gaft, separated when she was 9 years old. Anna started working in the textile industry with her mother and stepfather at the age of 15, while also completing her schooling at Brooklyn Technical High School. After high school, she graduated with a degree in communication from St. John’s University and began working with TV channels such as MTV and VH1.
Career
During the early 2000s, Anna began her career in the beauty and aesthetics industry, working for a cosmetic dentist.[11] She later joined MAC Cosmetics, and subsequently, in 2016, she was approached by the previous owner of Liquid Sunshine Sculpt. Anna was impressed by the business and decided to purchase it, establishing it as her own in 2017.[12][13]
At Liquid Sunshine Sculpt, Anna developed "The Liquid Sculpt Method,"[14] a unique blend of manual lymphatic drainage and sculpting and contouring that delivers exceptional outcomes.[15] Her expertise and knowledge have earned her a reputation, attracting clients and celebrities alike. Furthermore, Anna educates people on the significance of lymphatic drainage for overall health and wellness, even if they haven't undergone surgery or have an existing condition.[16]
In 2022, Anna was interviewed by Northwestern University's Executive MBA Program regarding growth strategies and potential challenges for small to medium-sized businesses.[17]
Personal life
Diamantakos currently lives in New York with her husband, Albert, whom she married in 2008. They have a son named Michael. During her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, cooking, and engaging in volunteer work.
