He is recognized as the founder of Group Olympus VIP, the world's first decentralized luxury concierge service. Gulin serves as a co-founder and partner at Richmond Blackwood, a financial services firm. Additionally, he is the advisor to the board at Konvi Crowdfunding Limited.

With a career spanning over six years, Gulin has gained extensive experience in various roles at renowned companies such as AFS Group, Waldorf Astoria, and J.P. Morgan Chase. Early life and education

Gulin was born and raised in Ufa, Russia, as a member of the prominent Gulin family, whose roots can be traced back to 18th-century St. Petersburg. His Father, Konstantin Gulin and his Godfather Timur Aklaev, are well-known figures in the business community, primarily involved in sectors such as oil & gas, transportation, and real estate.

Gulin spent his formative years between the United States (specifically Texas) and Washington, D.C., and Berlin, Germany. He attended Alice Deal Middle School, where he actively participated in football, representing both his school team and esteemed clubs including Stern 1900 e.V., Lichterfelde FC, and Hertha 03 e.V.

In 2008, he enrolled at the Berlin International School, where he obtained an International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma in 2018. He subsequently enrolled at the Austrian Federal Ministry for Digital and Economic Affairs, from which he graduated in 2020.

Career

Gulin started his career as a project manager at the Directorate for the Organization and Conduct of Sports and Entertainment Events of the Republic of Bashkortostan. He played a crucial role in organizing the prestigious A-Sports event for the top 100 Russian oil & finance companies, creating marketing strategies, coordinating team efforts, and providing valuable assistance to the design team.

In September 2018, Gulin established Group Olympus VIP, the world's first decentralized luxury concierge service. Taking on the role of CEO, he successfully managed client acquisition across Northern Europe, the Americas, and Asia. Gulin effectively oversaw hidden marketing applications, investor relations, and regular monthly status updates for the company.

In 2020, Gulin assumed the role of talent acquisition director at OVB Holding AG. In this position, he oversaw sales of financial, insurance, and banking products, handled recruitment and training, ensured compliance with KYC and AML regulations, advised retail clients in the insurance and fund sectors, and maintained communication with insurance companies regarding regulations.

In 2021, Gulin joined AFS Group BV, focusing on sales of CEE and DACH debt products on the Amsterdam Trading Floor. His responsibilities included client support, trade execution, and relationship building in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Russia. Gulin also provided information and research to asset managers, family offices, pension funds, treasuries, and execution desks. Additionally, he engaged in sell-side activities for financials, corporations, and governments, establishing active relationships across the EMEA region and demonstrating expertise in institutional investors and the regulatory environment.

In 2022, Gulin became an operational control manager in the corporate and investment banking division at JPMorgan Chase & Co.

Currently, Gulin serves as an advisor to the board of Konvi Crowdfunding Limited, Europe's leading alternative investment platform. He is also a partner and co-founder at Richmond Blackwood. The company offers comprehensive financial services, assisting companies in financial management, expense control, and tax reduction.

Furthermore, Gulin is in the process of launching a $100 million fund in the Middle East, with a specific focus on supporting startups in the MENA region.
