Abhishek Shah [1][2][3](Born on November 29th, 1982) is the Film director, Screenwriter and Film producer of a Gujarati cinema " Hellaro"[4][5][6], the First ever Gujarti film which has won the National Award for 66th National Film Awards( Swarn Kamal ) at 66th National Film Awards in the history of Cinema of India.
Early Life and Education
Abhishek Shah is born and broughtup in Ahmedabad to a Banker Father Jayanti Bhai and House wife Mother, Kanta Ben on 29th November, 1982. With a Greaduate Degree in Science and Post Graduate Degree in Journalism he pursued Theatre at the age of 19 Years and had joined Theatre group of very well known Writer- Diretor of gujarati theatre Saumya Joshi and emerged as a very prominent name in Gujarati Theatre and Film Industry with his social concerned plays. He has been working with theatre since 20 years as a Writer, Director and Actors. Plays written and directed by him have received many Awards.
Abhishek Shah married to Tejal Panchasara in 2006–07 NFL playoffs, A Theatre and Film Actress who won 66th National Film Awards in 66th National Film Awards ( Rajat Kamal) for the Gujarati FIlm " Hellaro". They Blessed with Baby Girl named " Saanjh" in 2013
Filmography
In the new wave of Gujarati cinema he has started his career as a Casting Director. He has done many sucessfull gujarati movies as a Casting Director like Bey Yaar, Chhello Divas, Thai Jashe!, Shubharambh, Duniyadari (2017 film), Wrong Side Raju, Karsandas Pay & Use, Pappa Tamne Nai Samjay, Manto (2018 film), Union Leader, Shu Thayu?. He has also Done a Hindi Film Sameer as an Actor. Actors Like Malhar Thakar, Yash Soni, Aarjav Trivedi, Deeksha Joshi, Kinjal Rajpriya, Mayur Chauhan, Shraddha Dangar, Jayesh More, Mitra Gadhvi are his discovery in Gujarati cinema.
