315Work Avenue was established by Manas Mehrotra in 2019, with its headquarters in Bengaluru, Karnataka.[5] The company provides enterprise office, co-working, and private office solutions to its clients.[6] The company manages approximately 2 million square feet of space across eleven locations in three Indian cities, including Mumbai, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Pune. Over the years, the company has grown to include six offices in India, Singapore, and Dubai. 315Work Avenue is known for its design-driven workspaces and offers clients the option to customize their space or choose from pre-designed layouts.[7][8]
The company has received various certifications, including the LEED certificate, the United Registrar of Systems ISO 9001, and ISO 45001.[9] During the COVID-19 pandemic, 315Work Avenue received certification from the British Safety Council for its COVID-19 control policies.[10][11][12]

Over its seven years of operation, the company has provided co-working spaces for a diverse range of clients, including prominent companies such as Tata Technologies, Muthoot, AstraZeneca, Esper, MyGate, AnzyCareers, Vunet, Zeta, ShadowFox, Gameskraft, Urban Company, MoEngage, TeamLease, Operative, and Square Yards.[26][27][28]
Additionally, the company signed one of the largest co-working deals in 2023 with BNY Mellon,[29] leasing 1.62 lakh square feet in Pune to the Fortune 500 company.[30][31][32][33]
