Zdenko Domančić (born 21 May 1950) is a Croatian bioenergy therapist, teacher and founder of The Zdenko Domancic Method of Bioenergy Therapy or shortly Domancic Method. Use of word bioenergy have been reused for alternative energy sources since approximately 2010, rather than using energy from people's biofield to influence biofield of another living organism, and thus now such energy transfers are commonly called Biotherapy.

Early life

Zdenko was born in the Croatian (then Yugoslavia) island of Ugljan in mid Dalmatia, where he spent most of his youth and from early age impressing peers and local villagers with different paranormal effects he was performing with his hands. He was quick to start looking for new information and skills outside his hometown and neighboring town of Zadar.

He went traveling to India, Russia (then Soviet Union), meeting new people, and trying to find answers for his abilities. He settled in Antwerp Belgium in 1975 where he worked in Antwerp diamond district, later in Munich Germany, and part time in Moscow Russia, where he met Georgian Healer Dzuna.

Career

Zdenko started professional therapy work at 30, when he returned back to home country, where he first started working in town of Kukljica in Ugljan Island, and he has become very popular through out of entire country of Yugoslavia. e founded "Society for studying fringe science". There were thousands of people coming every weekend for the therapy sessions, many times too many for ferry to take on board all, and too many to be hosted in indoor space. He expanded therapies to teaching this method to other people, so they could help him. At one stage he had up to 60 therapists on the Island to help with therapies.

In 1987 he moved to Belgrade where he continued his work with much smaller team of only few therapists for 3 years with therapies and teachings.

In 1990 he returned and continued working in Poreč Croatia first and later alternating his work between Zagreb and Poreč. He started from scratch with his son Stjepan and slowly established new team. It is also in Poreč, where he met his wife Tanja, who quickly became a key part of running the system of biotherapies and education program for Domancic Method.

In 1995 he needed to move out of Croatia after death treats due to his unwillingness to do a treatment of then prime minister of Croatia. Looking for a place to move, he got invited to continue his work in Dubai (UAE) where he stayed for only for a few months.

In early 1996 he moved to Kranjska Gora Slovenia where he established new permanent place for the treatments and schooling of therapists. Zdenko and his team of 5 therapists stabilized in standardized program for 4 day weekly therapies and limited number of clients to sub 140, to maintain sustainable work load[1], and continuous system of education for therapists.

In 2008 he moved his work to nearby town of Bled[2] and continue work with the same team and same format[3][4]. He was awarded Slovenian citizenship, by Slovenian government for the recognition of his incredible work and help many people in needs (Official statement from the government of Slovenia). Among clients were many sportsmen, that being helped by Zdenko and his team with biotherapy[5]. In time of Covid lock-downs most of gatherings were very limited so work was done more sporadically in different locations[6], but in 2022 he decided to retire from active work at the clinic, where his role has been taking upon by Zdenko's son Stjepan Domančić [7]

He had many public lectures in Slovenia[8], Croatia, Serbia[9], Poland and Germany where he was presenting also his philanthropy and general view of the world, society and civilization.[10]

Scientific studies and experiments

In the early 1985 Zdenko took part for scientific study at University Clinic of Zagreb, where he demonstrated use of bioenergy for treating Gangrene and Humid Gangrene in front of consortium of doctors and professors from local University as well as other University Clinics in Yugoslavia. The book [11]Iscjelitelj Domančić - Lječenje bioenergijom - Raport o znastvenoj proveri (english Domančić the healer – bioenergy treatment - Report about scientific study), by Dražen Jakčin in 1986

In 2003 Zdenko took part in the study at Institute Jožef Stefan Institute under the supervision from prof. dr. Spomenka Kobe, where professor dr. Anton Jeglič (professor from Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Ljubljana) analyzed calcium carbonate solution treated by Zdenko Domančić. [12]

The Zdenko Domancic Method of Bioenery Therapy (short Domancic Method)

Domancic Method was developed by Zdenko Domančić within his practice of performing bioenergy on the clients, doing scientific studies, and examining the work other bionenergy practitioners around the world.

The Domancic Method consists of 8 basic techniques, and approximately 35 individual protocols with some variations for each. Protocols differs based on different health issues or body needs. Normal therapy environment is in the larger room with all clients present, sitting around the room (passive stage), with each of the client getting one individual treatment (active stage) every session. All techniques are performed with use of hands either touching or being in close proximity of the particular body part. Each therapy consists of 4 sessions in 4 consecutive days. Protocols on client can only be performed based on prior medical diagnose obtained by client in the official medical institution. One feature of the Domancic method is also distance treatments, which work on same principle as in person group therapy, based on predetermined time.

Domancic method learning consists of 3 levels of training to become a therapist. Level 1 teaches students among other things all techniques and all protocols of the method, and students become practitioners or Domancic Method. Level 2 expands knowledge to distance and group therapy, among other subjects, and upon completion students become practicing therapists of this method. Level 3 is and demonstration of skill, written and oral exam, which upon completion affirms student to become Therapist of Domancic Method.
