Y.M.Cinema Magazine, founded in 2018 by Yossy Mendelovich[1], is an online publication covering the cinematography and filmmaking industry, and focused on filmmaking technologies, methodologies and techniques, cameras, lenses and software. The magazine published technical articles covering the filmmaking technologies and techniques used in Hollywood, and on Independent films. .It provides articles, news, price comparisons, reviews on professional cameras and lenses, and opinions. The magazine also focuses on news, innovations, technologies and educational content related to digital cinematography and film cinematography. The magazine is divided to four major sections, which are News, Comparison, Education, and Discussions. The magazine also covers the cinematography and camera technologies[2] utilized on industry main events and platforms (Academy Awards, Golden Globe Awards, Netflix, and major List of film festivals|Film Festivals). Also, the magazine has a special section dedicated to Women's Cinema[3] which covers female filmmakers within the industry. The magazine constantly elaborates regarding cameras and lenses statistics, and film vs. digital segmentations[4], and has been quoted by the Communication Technology Update and Fundamentals: 17th Edition[5].
