Xeniapp is an American cloud-based marketplace founded in 2018. Headquartered in New York, NY, the company is a pioneering travel technology firm that is known for providing all services related to travel including booking, invoicing, payments, records keeping, team management, mark-ups, and communication.[1][2][3][4]

Xeniapp is regarded for its white-label OTA management platform that allows travel managers, travel service providers, and travel agencies to easily launch and manage their travel business. Xeniapp provides bookable inventory at net rates, allows travel managers to embed a custom booking engine on their own website, and offers a CRM solution that handles travel business administration. Within the Xeniapp ecosystem, the company is launching a blockchain payment settlement engine that will allow for instant settlement of transactions.[5][6]

History

Xeniapp was founded in 2018 by Sachin Narode and Rachel Obenshain with the aim to disrupt the travel space and change the way people travel. The idea of Xeniapp was to connect travelers with the best experiences via an on-demand online travel platform. Xeniapp’s B2B booking engine was initially launched in late 2019. In 2020, during the pandemic, Xeniapp's service offering was expanded to include a white-label and payment settlement solution. As of 2021, Xeniapp has operations in India and Singapore as well. Within three years of its inception, Xeniapp has become the world's fastest-growing travel marketplace.[13][14][15]

The differentiating feature of Xeniapp is that it allows travel experts to establish their own booking engine under their own brand and provide a modern, web-based experience to their clients. Here the users can build the trip itinerary on a single platform with the help of Xeniapp’s one-of-a-kind Drag and Drop Style Cart functionality. Travel agents can automate record-keeping, lead generation, inventory search, and commission structure using Xeniapp's CRM. It also offers unique experiences via its subsidiary Xenivoyage.[16][17][18]
