Archbishop Dr. Winnie Owiti is the Presiding archbishop of Voice of Salvation and Healing Church International, also known as VOSH Church International.

Personal Life

Dr Winnie was Born into a family from Nakuru. She was married to the late Archbishop Silas Owiti[1].

Ministry

Together with her late husband, she served in Voice of Salvation and Healing Church International as a secretary, an assistant archbishop and finally an archbishop. In June 2017 she was appointed the presiding Archbishop of Voice of Salvation and Healing Church international[2]. The church has over 1000 branches in Kenya Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda. She has been on the forefront of county and national activities while championing peace in the politically polarised nation of Kenya[3]. She has plaid mediatory role among the leaders of the nation. Dr. Winnie’s ministry has also focussed on women and children particularly widows and orphans[4]. The also takes care of street boys. She founded Ebenezer Children’s Home[5]. Dr. Winnie is a role model to many people and is considered an activist due to her humanitarian actions.[6] She is also a worldwide evangelist from Kenya and regularly ministers in the United States of America[7], Norway[8], Poland, Canada, England, Belgium amongst other countries.
