Wahyu Fitri Riyanto (born 19 June 1985) is an Indonesian independent director, scriptwriter and producer known for his films ranging from teen romances to dramas.[1]
After becoming interested in theatre as a child, Wahyu made his directorial debut with the 2014 music video Nada-Nadiku[2]. He made his independent series debut in 2018, with Alles Goed: From Gunungkidul to Europe[3]. After making web series Artis Receh in 2019[4], he directed the 2020 family drama short film Lurik Biru: The Perspectives[5].
While making films with his own production house ENTERINMO[6][7] (registered trademark)[8], he also work with Secretariat General of People's Consultative Assembly|People's Consultative Assembly of Republic of Indonesia (Indonesian Parliament) since 2005. His educational background as Bachelor of law in 2011 from University of Indonesia [9]and Master of Laws from Maastricht University, Netherlands brings him to the parliament as a legal researcher.[10] He do the two-job at the same time. He involves in the parliament law book in 2020 titled Kajian Akademik: Rekonseptualisasi Arah Penataan Kekuasaan Kehakiman yang Merdeka dan Akuntabel [11]as part of the authors. He is also become an awardee of Indonesian notable scholarship from LPDP RI[12] and Kominfo[13] in 2015.
