The races take place on some of the most iconic tracks in North America, including Daytona, Sebring, Laguna Seca, Watkins Glen, and Road America.

As a sustainability-driven company, Vervantis has offset twice the emissions from race fuels, oil, and tires including transport to and from all races in 2023.[4]

History

Vervantis, a US corporation, was founded in 2015 by Dan Moat* (President) and John Warrick (VP) to provide utility and energy management advice in the areas of risk management, utility bill management, and sustainability solutions. The company specializes in the electric, water, and natural gas utility areas. It is an EcoVadis Platinum[5] and SOC 2 Type II[6] certified firm with CCPA compliance that ensures data security and safety.

Vervantis is led by professionals with over 100 years of energy experience. Their team comprises experts in utility bill management, payment, energy procurement, regulated electric markets, power storage, generation, ESG reporting, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

*Dan Moat was one of the original owners of UK based energy advisory firm Encore International Ltd., a one hundred employee European specialist in energy price risk management and procurement. Encore International was sold to M&C Energy Group in 2010 before being acquired by Schneider Electric in 2012.
