Vervantis has offset twice the emissions generated from fuel, oil, tires and transport for the entire season’s races.

Vervantis Sponsors IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge in 2023.[3] The IMSA Michelin Pilot Challenge is an endurance sports car racing series featuring GT4-class cars from 10+ automotive manufacturers – Aston Martin, BMW, Ford, McLaren, Mercedes Benz, and Porsche to name a few. The races take place on some of the most iconic tracks in North America, including Daytona, Sebring, Laguna Seca, Watkins Glen, and Road America.

As a sustainability-driven company, Vervantis has offset twice the emissions from race fuels, oil, and tires including transport to and from all races in 2023.[4]


Vervantis, a US corporation, was founded in 2015 by Dan Moat* (President) and John Warrick (VP) to provide utility and energy management advice in the areas of risk management, utility bill management, and sustainability solutions. The company specializes in the electric, water, and natural gas utility areas. It is an EcoVadis Platinum[5] and SOC 2 Type II[6] certified firm with CCPA compliance that ensures data security and safety.

*Dan Moat was one of the original owners of UK based energy advisory firm Encore International Ltd., a one hundred employee European specialist in energy price risk management and procurement.
