Valerie Siminalayi Fubara is the wife of siminalayi fubara who is the governor of rivers state Nigeria 2023 to 2027.she was confirmed to be the winner of the year wise women award 2024.[1]The award was in recognition of Lady Fubara’s work in building the lives of women and supporting families in Rivers State and beyond. Which she expressed gratitude to Wisdom for Women International who found her Worthy of this award. Lady fubara was recognized for her humanitarian act in distributing 2400 bags of rice and cash to the poor, vulnerable and physically challenged people residing within the 23 local government of rivers state.[2] She mentioned the gesture to be a part of the Renewed Hope Initiative (RHI) Food Security Programme (FSP) of the wife of the President, Senator Oluremi Tinubu who donated the bags of rice and the rivers state government supported the beneficiaries with cash gifts.

wise woman of the year award 2024, international peace ambassador award which was conferred on her by the International Association for World Peace Advocates 2024 for her commitment to fostering peace and empowerment.

She is married to governor of rivers state Nigeria, Siminalayi fubara with three children together. Lady fubara tend to see investing in children as the most enduring legacy to harden their full potential for self-development and positive impact in the larger society. That's why she urges crackdown on child labour, trafficking.
