Vajram Group is an Indian Real estate development company headquartered in Bengaluru, Karnataka, founded by Pavan Vajram in 2009. Vajram Group is involved in developing and constructing Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality projects across Bengaluru and Hyderabad.[1]

Over the years, the company has completed 3 million square feet of construction, including 3 BHK apartments in Thanisandra and 2 BHK in Thanisandra, accommodating over 1500 happy families. With a strong portfolio of apartments in North Bangalore, Vajram Group has emerged as one of the leading real estate developers in Bengaluru.[2]

History

Vajram Group was established in 2009 by Pavan Vajram, who currently serves as the Managing Director. Over the years, Vajram Group has completed over 9 projects, delivering quality living spaces, including flats for sale in North Bangalore, delivering over 3 million square feet of assets across residential, commercial, and hospitality segments in Bengaluru and Hyderabad.[3]

Vajram Group is known for developing functional and environmentally sustainable spaces, such as Vajram Group apartments, using quality materials. The company delivers timely projects with clear titles and transparent deals. Its projects are designed, engineered, landscaped, and constructed in partnership with industry-leading companies, such as Space Matrix, Urban Frame, Design Tree, and ecoINSPACE. Banking partners like SBI, Axis Bank, and HDFC Bank have been associated with the organisation.

The company's commercial projects are located in Bengaluru’s business hubs such as Bellandur and Yelahanka (Upcoming).

Vajram Group has obtained over $15 million in foreign direct investment (FDI) from the founder’s US money in the form of compulsorily convertible debentures (CCD).
