Unstoppable Branding Agency is a privately-held firm that specializes in public relations, design, multimedia, and communications. Its main motto is, “We turn the best-kept secret into the world renowned brands.” The company was founded in 2010 by Rhonda Renee Swan.[1] Unstoppable Branding Agency consists of 11 to 50 employees from all over the world and is the first female-led company to operate completely online.[2]

History

Rhonda Swan, CEO and founder of the Unstoppable Branding Agency, initially held an executive job at GlaxoSmithKline for a period of 8 years. She was poised to run the company’s western division and strived towards the ‘American Dream’, where her stable nine-to-five job brought her the six-figure income she earned at the time. However, her goals changed one morning when she witnessed her boss yelling at an employee who had arrived late because she was dropping her six-week-old child at daycare. It was then when Swan decided she would never leave her own child in daycare. She wanted to find a way to earn a stable income whilst being able to spend quality time with her husband and child.

Swan quit her job at GlaxoSmithKline shortly after and went on to invest in a real estate online marketing business. However, the initial success of her business met an end during the 2008 stock market crash. On the verge of losing everything, Swan and her husband decided to sell their belongings and traveled the world. Her career became online-based and she worked remotely regardless of which country she lived in throughout her 8 years of traveling.

In 2010, Rhonda Swan founded the Unstoppable Branding Agency. Located in Panama City Beach, Florida, it is the first female-owned company that operates online. It started off as a company that offered courses to educate people on the best ways to build their personal brand. However, it soon developed into a PR and marketing agency. Unstoppable Branding Agency now functions as a company that strives to ensure that “the best-kept secrets become the world’s best-known experts”.

The company has, since its inception, helped companies, executives, small business owners, and CEOs alike to develop a “sexy”, strong personal brand image. They do this by creating a media strategy and message to amplify their clients’ brands.

To date, Unstoppable Branding Agency has managed to bring its clients under the spotlight of renowned publications such as Forbes, Entrepreneur, Inc., and Success Magazine.

Company Vision & Values

Unstoppable Branding Agency was founded upon Rhonda Swan’s firm belief in the importance of empowering women everywhere. As a child, Rhonda Swan grew up in a turbulent home and struggled with her self-image and an eating disorder that lasted for almost 10 years.[3] When she overcame her struggles, Swan realized that she wanted to help other women achieve the same success. The drive behind the Unstoppable Branding Agency is to empower women by showing them that unleashing their voice is of paramount importance in order for them to attain success.

This is shown where Unstoppable Branding Agency became the first woman-owned company that completely functions online. 80% of its employees are also women, and the company’s employees are representative of people from various races and nationalities.

The company utilizes storytelling, SEO, and brand messaging to grow its clients’ personal branding. It employs experts from all over the world (from countries such as Malaysia, New Zealand, Germany, the UK, Singapore, France, America, and so on) in related fields such as digital marketing, graphic design, UI/UX, and content production as well as publishing.[4] For its employees, degrees are not the prerequisite – instead, it is experience, knowledge, and skill which matter to the company.
