Ulugbekhon Maksumov (born September 9, 1979) is a serial entrepreneur from Uzbekistan. He is the founder of Inkas Vehicles LLC a premium luxury armoring vehicle company based in Dubai with operations across the Middle East, Europe, and some parts of Africa like Ghana and Nigeria.[1]

Maksumov is recognized as a pioneering entrepreneur worth over 100 million dollars.[2]

Maksumov has been featured in several media outlets including Net News Ledger, Yahoo, JPost, NY Weekly Fox, and others.[3]

Early life and education

Ulugbekhon Maksumov was born on September 9, 1979 to Dilbarkhon Maksumova and Yusupkhon Maksumov. He grew up with a sister, Sevarakhon and studied at State Music School in Margilan, Uzbekistan.

Maksumov graduated in 2001 from The Fergana State University with a Master's degree in philology.

Career

Maksumov started his career in 2006 when he moved to Dubai. He began working as a logistician. Having had an inclination towards the automotive business, Maksumov decided to study the production of armored vehicles.[4]

In 2007, Maksumov founded Gulf Auto Trading FZE known for sales and armor of luxury cars in the Middle East. Gulf Auto Trading FZE is a sub-division of Inkas Group DMCC.

In 2012, Maksumov established Inkas Vehicles, an armored vehicles manufacturing firm. It specializes in a vast range of luxury armored vehicles including SUVs, sedans, buses, personnel carriers, cash-in-transit vehicles, special purpose government & military vehicles, Vehicles for VIPs and international organizations. It can also offer customization according to the clients and can adapt to any specification required along with maintaining the highest standard of quality, design, and workmanship.

Inkas Vehicles is headquartered in Dubai over 157,000 square feet and has operations across the world.[5] Under the leadership of Maksumov, INKAS Vehicles has become a pioneer in the defense industry with international relevance. It has also gained popularity for its comfort and safety features along with its exceptional service.[6]

For Inkas, Vehicles Dubai is one of the largest and most efficient production houses having a capacity of 50 vehicles a month. The company’s latest releases include TITAN-GT from the INKAS TITAN family as well as the new range of APCs named HORNET to meet the current market’s requirements.[7][8]

In 2015, Maksumov sponsored The Ramadan Football Championship. In 2016, he was appointed as the board member of the Russian Business Council, an NGO that represents the interests of the Russian business community in the Middle East & Africa and promotes international businesses.

Personal life

Maksumov is fluent in Uzbek, Russian and English.
