Ukraine Sea Group was founded on March 2, 2009, in Kyiv, Ukraine, by Valeriy Mykolayovych Ovsiienko and Iryna Mykolayivna Horna. Initially, the company operated as a trading business, focusing on the distribution of construction materials. However, recognizing the growing demand for high-quality aluminum glazing systems, the company shifted its focus to aluminum window manufacturing in 2010.[3]
As the company expanded, its ownership structure evolved. Between May 10, 2011, and March 5, 2019, the business was co-owned by Valeriy Mykolayovych Ovsiienko, Vyacheslav Vasylovych Rybchynchuk, and Anatoliy Volodymyrovych Masley. Later, from March 5, 2019, to January 26, 2024, the company was jointly owned by Ovsiienko and Rybchynchuk. On January 26, 2024, a significant transition took place, with Yulia Anatoliivna Ovsiienko and Alina Andriivna Rybchynchuk taking over as the new owners.
In 2019, Ukraine Sea Group took a major step in its growth by expanding into international markets. The company began exporting its aluminum windows, sliding doors, and facade systems to various countries, including the USA, Canada, Sweden, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Slovenia, Poland, and Norway.
