Tina Ivlev is an American actress. She is best known for her role as Nightsister Merrin in the hit action-adventure game Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order.[1]

Career

She has appeared in several guest-starring and recurring television roles, including The Rookie, 9-1-1, What/If, Anger Management, Graceland, The Bridge, Zach Stone is Gonna be Famous opposite Bo Burnham, Major Crimes, The Young and the Restless, Days of Our Lives, The Forgotten, CSI:NY, Boston Legal and Weeds. She voiced the role of Lauren in the action-adventure video game Dead Rising 3.

In 2014, Ivlev starred as Ashley in the television film Death Clique and as Laura in Crimes of the Mind, both for LMN.[2]

On stage, Ivlev starred in the gripping teenage drama Dry Land, a Colt Coeur production written by Ruby Rae Spiegel and directed by Adrienne Campbell-Holt. The play, which immediately became a New York Times Critics' Pick, played to sold-out houses in New York.[3]

Ivlev starred as Eve opposite Richard Tyson in the horror-thriller Bound to Vengeance, which premiered at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival. The Hollywood Reporter wrote, "Ivlev makes for a compelling central presence, reminiscent of Winter’s Bone-era Jennifer Lawrence".

In 2018, she had the recurring role of Freenlania Alexeyevich on the Showtime hit series Shameless.[4] That same year, she had a recurring role on Queen of the South for USA Network. She played Kate in the horror-comedy Detectives, which premiered at the Sitges Film Festival in October. [5]

In 2019, it was announced that Ivlev had joined the cast of Charming the Hearts of Men, starring as Ruth opposite Kelsey Grammer and Sean Astin.[6]

In the popular 2019 action-adventure video game Star Wars: Jedi Fallen Order, Ivlev played Merrin, the last surviving nightsister on Dathomir, providing her likeness as well as full motion-capture performance and voice-acting work for the role.[7]
