Tim De Bie (born 20 January 1984), known professionally as Tim Arisu,[1] is a Belgian producer and DJ based in Antwerp.[2][3][4][5]

Career

2015 - 2017

In 2015 Tim Arisu released his first single ‘My style’ on the label of Ferry Corsten, Flashover Recordings. Tim's second single, ‘Good Times’ was also released on Flashover Recordings in 2016.

In 2016 Tim Arisu released his single ‘Fires’ gaining him support from several DJ's including Lost Frequencies, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike, Armin van Buuren, The Chainsmokers, and many more.

In 2017 Tim Arisu released ‘Magalenha,' a remake of the song of the Brazilian artist, Sérgio Mendes|Sergio Mendes.[6]

In 2017 and 2018 Tim Arisu played at the dancefestival Tomorrowland (festival)|Tomorrowland.[7][8][9]

2019 - Present

In 2019 Tim Arisu signed a record deal with Roton Music. They released the single ‘Free as the Ocean’. Roton music sold the license to Warner Music Russia and the single became a hit landing Tim Arisu a spot in the Top 5 charts in Russia, Moldavia, Ukraine, Greece, Belarus, and Kazakhstan|Kazachstan. This achievement lead to Tim Arisu receiving plenty of press in Belgium.

Tim Arisu is the official DJ of the Beerschot football club in Belgium (first division).[10]

Tim Arisu was also a member of the band Krema Kawa, in which he was the percussion player and frontman.
