History

Tayseer Finance was established in 2015 as a subsidiary of Al Jomaih Automotive, a highly influential company in Saudi Arabia. Within five years, the company spread its operations in over 12 locations including the UK, with Saudi Arabia being the headquarters.[4]

Since its inception, Tayseer Finance has served as the standalone Saudi Central Bank "SAMA"-licensed finance entity. In 2018, it acquired three other licenses to expand its financing from leasing finance to all types of financing. These include financing productive assets, financing small and medium enterprises, and consumer finance.

In 2020-21 Tayseer Finance invested 13.9 Million SAR to facilitate various programs in order to overcome the Covid pandemic. This year the company aims to expand its Al Riyadh Branch and set the course of its long-term plan of making a digital transformation in accordance with the Saudi Vision 2030.[5][6]

Tayseer Finance specializes in finance for both retail and corporate, offering financing solutions in the automotive, production, and equipment.
