Tamara Daniels (born April 2, 1979) is an American UX/UI Designer, Serial Entrepreneur, Consultant, Real Estate Agent, and Business Executive. She is currently associated with a number of ventures including Rebecca Everlene Trust Company, The Golden Parachute Company, Scapegoated Writing Concierge, and Voices of Variety, whose operations span across a diverse range of industries.[1]

Daniels specializes in project management, data analysis, digital marketing, prototyping, copywriting, and business development, which has resulted in her becoming one of the most sought-after professionals in the industry. Daniels is a 2008 Who's Who Recipient and is also actively involved with multiple non-profit organizations and contributes to bringing a change in the community.

Early life and education

Daniels was born on April 2, 1979, in Chicago, Illinois on the Southside. She grew up in the Chatham community, where she completed her high school education at Mother McAuley High School.

In 1997, Daniels enrolled in the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, where she pursued two bachelor’s degree in Rhetoric and English and remained there for 2 years after school. She was the first student from her college to graduate with both degrees. She also has two masters; one in Written Communication and another in Public Policy from National Louis University, which were completed in 2008. Later in 2015, she completed a series of online courses in business administration and management at Harvard Business School.

Apart from that, Daniels also did multiple certificate courses at Harvard Medical School and Cornell University, which include Negotiation Mastery, Disruptive Strategy, Employment Law, Leading with Finance, CORE Program, and others.

Career

Daniels started her career in 2003 when she established her real estate, insurance, and consulting firm. She has since then undertaken several projects and helped her clients with capital spend budgeting.

In 2006, Daniels became an election coordinator for the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners. She worked here for 16 years, training and educating voters and election judges on new voting equipment as well as managing the office.

In 2008, Daniels became an Adjunct Faculty Member at the City College of Chicago, where she served up until 2021, teaching English and Project Management.

In 2010, Daniels became a Sr. Project manager for Spaulding and Daniels Leadership Group Company. During her five-year tenure at this firm, Daniels was responsible for sales and marketing. Under her leadership, the company experienced cost savings of over $34K. Daniels, in 2010 also started working as an Enumerator for the U.S. Department of Commerce. She worked for six years here, managing the full lifecycle hiring process.

In 2012, Daniels established the Rebecca Everlene Trust Company, a nonprofit organization that offers virtual sitter and educational opportunities, including STEAM-based learning and homework support.

In 2016, Daniels became a TSO Agent in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, where she worked for two years. Soon after that, she became the Area Manager for the U.S. Department of Commerce, where she also worked for two years.

In 2020, Daniels founded The Golden Parachute Company, an incubator for design ideas and collaboration amongst professionals and students. The company also offers print-on-demand services for publishing.

Apart from that, Daniels is also a certified real estate agent and has also published over 100 writing pieces at Brainmass.com.
