Stephen Bailey (born 20 June 1986) is an English stand-up comedian, presenter and actor.[1][2]

Early life

Bailey was born in 1986 in Denton, Manchester.[3]

Career

Stephen Bailey has hosted shows including Celebs on the Farm (MTV), Celebs on the Ranch (5Star) and in 2020 took over as host of Takeshi’s Castle (Comedy Central).[4]

He is also the narrator of ITV Be’s Ferne McCann: First Time Mum.[5]

He has appeared on countless TV shows including Roast Battle, Iain Stirling’s CelebAbility, Love Island: Aftersun, Celebrity Mastermind, The Stand Up Sketch Show, Hey Tracey, Good Morning Britain, Jeremy Vine, Safeword, The Apprentice: You’re Fired, Big Brother’s Bit on the Side, Zoe Ball on Saturday/Sunday and Celebrity 5 Go Camping (Channel 5).

In 2019 made his debut on BBC's Live at the Apollo and his first 30 minute comedy special was released on Comedy Central. In the same year was named one of the hardest working comedian’s in the UK.[6] [7][8]

In 2020 he starred on E4's Celebrity Coach Trip.[9]

Personal life

Bailey is a gay man and is a black belt in Tae Kwon-Do, which he often speaks about in his act when talking about breaking down stereotypes. In 2017 was named one of Attitude Magazines Top 100 Bachelors.[10][11][12]
