Soft2Bet is a global iGaming technology company, founded in 2016 by Ukrainian entrepreneur Uri Poliavich. History
Soft2Bet was established with the aim of transforming the iGaming industry through innovation and player-centric experiences. Its MEGA gamification platform became a flagship product, driving player engagement and operator success across jurisdictions. Over the years, the company expanded rapidly into new markets and introduced a suite of localized casino brands.[2][3]
In 2019, Soft2Bet achieved ISO 27001 certification, confirming the company’s compliance with internationally recognized standards for information security management.[4][5]
In July 2024, Soft2Bet launched Soft2Bet Invest, a €50 million iGaming Innovation Fund to support startups and emerging ventures in the gaming sector.[6][7][8]

CSR and philanthropy
Since the beginning of 2024, Soft2Bet has provided ongoing financial support to the Puttinu Cares Foundation, a Maltese non-governmental organization that assists patients and families traveling abroad for medical treatment.[20] The company donates €10,000 monthly, enabling the Foundation to offer free accommodation in the United Kingdom for Maltese children, youth, and adults undergoing critical medical care.
Each month, between 60 and 90 families from Malta travel to the UK for treatment. Soft2Bet’s contributions have supported approximately 120 families in 2024, covering apartment upkeep, maintenance, utilities, and operational costs. This partnership has helped alleviate financial burdens on families, enabling Puttinu Cares to focus on providing emotional and logistical support during times of serious illness.
In 2024, the company fulfilled 28 CSR programs, supported 34 organizations, and contributed over €1 million to social causes.[21]
Overall, Uri has supported more than 100 educational projects across 37 countries, positively impacting approximately 13,500 children by providing high-quality educational opportunities for young Jewish students and fostering their exceptional academic abilities.[22]
