Shivangi Khedkar (born 15 January 1995) is an Indian actress and model who primarily works in Television in India. She made her acting debut with the Telugu cinema Ashwamedham (2019). Shivangi Portrayed the role of Pallavi Deshmukh in her TV debut Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali (2021).[1]
Early life
Khedkar was born on 15 January 1995 in Indore, Madhya Pradesh in a Hindu family.[2] She completed her graduation in Computer Science Engineering from Pune.
Khedkar after this started participating in many modeling competitions. She completed the diploma in Acting for Film and stage program at Anupam Kher’s acting institute Actor Prepares.
Career
Khedkar made her acting debut in the Telugu language Ashwamedham in 2019 which was directed by Nitin Gawde. She played the Lead Role Shreya in the movie. The film emerged as a profitable venture.[3]
In January 2021, She appeared in Zoom studio's short Film named Single Ladka Dil Dhaka, in that short film she played the character Arushi Verma.
In February 2021, she made her TV debut with Mehndi Hai Rachne Waali.[4] Khedkar portrayed Pallavi Raghav Rao / Pallavi Deshmukh (née Sawant) opposite Sai Ketan Rao. The show went off-air in November 2021. [5]
She was nominated for the ITA Award for Best Actress Popular as the best actress of the year 2021 and placed her name in top 5 list in ITA Award for Best Actress Popular. [6]
In 2022, she appeared with Sai Ketan Rao in the music video Mashhoor Banegi and Ishq Ho Jayega.
