Shariece M Williams (born March 11, 1991) is an African American Children's Book Author, self-publisher, and entrepreneur.[1] She is best known for writing inspiring, self-esteemed and motivational books on young ones. She is a well-known entrepreneur and the founder of the Global Youth and Family Organization and Princess Heart and Penny D.[2][3]

Williams is regarded for her creative, uplifting, and motivational children’s stories that help in teaching children sports, and other activities right from home. Williams is making a positive impact on children's lives and has been featured in several media outlets including LA Wire, Kivo daily, The Chicago Journal, NY Weekly, and others.[4]

Early life and education

Williams was born on March 11, 1991, in Vallejo, California, to Ronald Samuel and Lamonica Samuel.

Williams earned a bachelor's degree in Science and a master's degree in Elementary Education from Norfolk State University (NSU) in Norfolk, Virginia. She was a former cheerleader in college for four years in a row and an All-Star. Williams was also associated with a former music artist, she was a background dancer for most of the shows. Apart from that, Williams has been a level 9 gymnast and level 4-5 competition gymnastics coach. She has been teaching hybrid school for eight years now, pre-k -12th grade. She has also taught youth fun fitness activities for 10+years since she was in the 9th grade of high school.

Career

Williams started her career in 2012 as an educator. She is a licensed educator, author, and self-publisher whose passion is to make a positive impact in as many children's lives as she can.[5]

Williams, during her career, has worked with numerous national as well as international organizations for youth empowerment such as China, Germany, France, Italy, and the United States of America.[6]

She is also a renowned author. Her books are interactive, motivational, and inspiring for children to always strive to work hard, believe in themselves, and be confident.[7][8]

Williams has always had the drive to give children a chance to learn different skills to learn right from home. Through her children’s books, she has created a creative, motivational story to inspire children to never give up, work hard, and to be beyond great in any and everything that they do.[9]
