Shanti Devi (Odisha politician)

Shanti Devi was an Indian politician who served as Member of Odisha Legislative Assembly,[1] Queen of Dharakote[2] and Deputy Chairperson of Ganjam district.[3] In 1990 Odisha Legislative Assembly election, she got 45,201 votes.[1]

Personal life

She died on 4 June 2009.[4] She married Ananta Narayan Singh Deo in April 1960.[5] She was the mother of Kishore Chandra Singh Deo[6] and mother-in-law of Nandini Devi.[7]
