Shahar Keidar (born 11 June, 1992) is an Israeli trainer, fitness instructor, and former marketing & sales personnel. He is the founder and CEO of SK Training Club, one of the leading fitness clubs in Israel.
For the past eight years, Keidar has earned a reputation as a celebrity fitness trainer and has trained renowned personalities, such as Omer Atzili, Omer Nudelman, Anna Zach, and Azulay, among several others.
Early life and education
Keidar was born and raised in Israel. He was barely interested in studies during his school days and was a mischief-maker. Later as he grew inclined towards fitness, Keidar started reading and self-learning and followed several fitness mentors to achieve his fitness goals.
At 21, he started working as a marketing & sales representative and continued for the next two years.
Career
In 2015, Keidar started as a personal trainer, providing door-to-door training to people in their homes. He soon aspired to build a fitness studio that would serve as a home to people who wanted to achieve more from their bodies.
In 2018, Keidar established SK Training Club, a fitness studio providing trainees with personalized training programs and a nutrition menu. The studio also offers online training programs containing digital course videos, a PDF file of course, and diet plans. Over the years, the studio has gained immense recognition and a clientele of over 450 trainees, emerging as one of the leading fitness studios in Israel.
