He also holds an MBA in International Financial Markets, specializing in financial control and derivatives markets.
Career
Lobréau began his career in 2005 in the hedge fund sector, selling restructuring and derivatives-based financial products. He later transitioned to the technology sector as a project manager at Microsoft's European headquarters in Ireland. Subsequently, he returned to the banking industry, working with major international banks and eventually with Credit Agricole in France.[3]

In 2013, Lobréau left finance to become a full-time entrepreneur and investor, founding the financial holding company Sapian Group. The company quickly generated seven-figure revenues through investments in direct marketing, Commodities, stocks, and cryptocurrencies. He became certified as a blockchain architect and explored various industries, including gold mining, asset management, real estate, and eco-water production systems for Africa.[5]
In 2015, Lobréau founded Flash Group, a technology company focused on distributed ledger technology (DLT) to promote financial inclusion in MENA, Asia, and South America. Flash Group offers utility-pegged coin and exchanger services, combining traditional finance with blockchain technology. In 2018, he raised $72 million for Flashmoni, a gold-based ICO, and developed licensed digital wallet and crypto exchange services, including OZEETY and FlashXchanger. He created his blockchain from a fork of Dash, focusing on utility coins and asset tokenization.[7]
Lobréau advocates for bridging centralized and decentralized finance (CEFI and DEFI). He speaks at blockchain events and conferences worldwide, promoting his vision for the future of cryptocurrency.[8]
Lobréau has authored two books. In September 2023, Lobréau released his debut publication, "Dollarization Exit: A New Paradigm," which delves into the complexities of global monetary systems and their evolution.
