Sem Thomasson, artist name of Thomas Sempels (born 29 june 1987, Genk, Belgium) is a Belgian DJ, Record producer, songwriter and manager.
Since 2010 he is performing on Tomorrowland[1] and in 2016 he played at Sensation White in Dubai.[2] Sem Thomasson is a resident DJ of club Versuz in Belgium.
In 2019 Sem Thomasson founded Amplify Academy, a DJ-school in Hasselt, together with DJ Frederico en Thibaut Courtois.[3] He is the owner of Wanted Music Group.[4] and founder of Hot Fuss Records.[5]

Sem Thomasson made an official remix for Lost Frequencies, Steve Aoki, Clean Bandit, Flo Rida, Nelly Furtado. In 2016 Sem Thomasson released his single "On Top Of The World", a collaboration with Belgian DJ Yves V on Spinnin' Records. The song reached the number 4 position in the top 10 of Beatport[6] Sem Thomasson released his single "Grey Zone" on 27 september 2019 on Axtone Records the record label of Axwell. The song reached the number 20 position in the official Belgian Dance charts.[7] On 1 mei 2020, Sem Thomasson released his single "Final Call" on Axtone Records. The single reached the number 41 position in the official Belgian Dance charts.[8]
As a record producer and songwriter, Sem Thomasson worked on several projects from Regi Penxten. He collaborated on the album 'Voices' in 2015 which reached the number 1 position in the Belgian Album charts.[9]
