Selina Lai-Henderson is a Hong Kong literary scholar specialising in the transnationalism of African American literature. She is an Assistant Professor of American Literature and History at Duke Kunshan University, being one of the undergraduate program's inaugural faculty.[1][2] Previously, she taught at the American Studies Programme of The University of Hong Kong as a Research Assistant Professor.
Life
Selina Lai-Henderson obtained her B.A. in English Studies and Comparative Literature at The University of Hong Kong (2002), M.A. in American Studies at Heidelberg University (2006), and Ph.D. in American Studies at The University of Hong Kong (2013). She was a Fulbright scholar at the Department of English at Stanford University in 2011-12.
