Sanjeev Kumar Bijli is an Indian businessman and the Executive Director of PVR INOX Limited, the largest and most premium cinema exhibitor in India, and the fifth largest listed multiplex chain globally. He is the brother and business partner of Ajay Bijli. Sanjeev is also the Co-Founder of PVR Cinemas and Director of PVR Inox Pictures, the motion picture arm of PVR INOX Limited.[1][2]

Sanjeev is responsible for managing all aspects of PVR INOX's business, including programming, film distribution, digital initiatives, and sustainability. He has been instrumental in the company's growth and success, and is widely recognized as a leader in the Indian film industry.[3] [4]In 2019, Sanjeev became the Director of PVR's first international 9-screen property, PVR Lanka at the One Galle Face Mall in Colombo, Sri Lanka.[5]

Sanjeev is also actively involved in PVR INOX's Corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, which are focused on education, sanitation and safety, gender equality and environment. He is a member of the company's CSR committee and has played a key role in the formation of PVR NEST (Network for Enablement & Social Transformation), PVR's social arm.[6][7]

Through PVR NEST's different programs, Sanjeev is working to provide sustainable solutions for some fundamental problems in India, such as safety, health, education, and workforce participation, faced by the underprivileged. He has also been playing a pivotal role in the development of Pink Toilets and Garima Grih, Childscapes: Child Friendly Railways Stations, and Green initiatives.[8][9]
