Sanali Group is an Indian real estate and construction company. The company was founded by Noor Haq in 1988 that is known for its work in residential, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use commercial properties. Sanali Group has been recognized by the government and community for its efforts and significant contributions towards the expansion of the real estate and construction business in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The company has its headquarter in Hyderabad, Andhra Telangana, India.^[1]

Sanali Group is regarded as a major real estate developer in Hyderabad and Bangalore and it has developed, owns, and manages Software Parks, Shopping Malls and other properties in these cities. The company has received several awards including Gem of India Award, International Trade Promotion Award and Udyog Pratibha Award.^[2]

History

Sanali Group was founded in 1988 by Mohammad Noor Haq with the primary objective of buying, developing and selling land in Hyderabad. Haq saw the opportunity during the booming IT sector in Hyderabad and Bangalore, soon started focusing on the construction of commercial buildings and shopping malls.^[3]

Sanali Group operates in two business segments. The construction segment is involved in the planning, design and construction of contracted works; the real estate segment is involved in the construction, leasing and management of real estates. Sanali Group is associated with several notable projects such as Sanali Spazio, Sanali Infopark, Sanali Mall, Sanali Heavens, Sanali Casa Paraiso and many more.^[4]
