Samuel Leeds is a UK-based Real-Estate coach, mentor, best-selling author, and international speaker. He is one of the UK's most inspiring property investors & entrepreneurs, sought after as an award-winning speaker, both at home and abroad. Founder of one of the largest Christian business networks ‘Training Kings’ and Property Investors, a training institute for real-estate entrepreneurs.

Personal Life

Samuel grew up in a council estate in Walsall. Even as a child, he was always into hustling and handled many people by starting a mini earning source for himself. His parents - mom being a hairdresser and father a magician, Samuel worked as a magician in the family business for sometime. Meanwhile, he found his passion for gaining financial freedom through property investing in order to help individuals less fortunate than himself. He mainly works and enjoys helping people in his spare time. His entrepreneurial mindset from his childhood helped him start his company and manage different key responsibilities at such a young age.

Ѕаmuеl mаrrіеd Аmаndа Lееdѕ, whо іѕ аlѕо іnto рrореrtу іnvеѕtmеnt. Once he was blessed with kids, he began his business with a new outlook. He continued рrореrtу investment passively and began training real-estate enthusiasts on how to finance and manage their real estate portfolio.

Early Career

Samuel started his career with a working-class background being raised by a single mom. There was no excess cash or inheritance, and Samuel was always taught to see the bigger picture in life. He grew up to be a visionnaire who didn’t work on small profits but understood the market dynamics instead. He was curious to solve bigger problems, and further went thinking on how to multiply the pounds the right way.

At 17 years of age, the Property Mogul started with zero investments. The bank financed him as he had implemented tactics that he learnt at the back of a training course. In the journey of being an entrepreneur and businessman, the church questioned his mindset about earning more. This brought a turning point in his life where he went on to learn theology and Biblical Economy. After studying, he came to the conclusion that money is a tool and key, to access freedom and take bigger initiatives in life, and nothing more.

During this juncture, Training Kings - one of the largest networking groups for property business was founded by Samuel and this helped many budding Christian Entrepreneurs to be inspired and equipped and equally be celebrated and encouraged. The name of the network comes from the fact that the Bible teaches that believers are kings and priests unto God and, as such, Training Kings was devised as an environment for individuals to receive information, instruction and advice.

Later, Samuel has also been mentored by Lord Alan Sugar, Grant Cradone and Gary Vee. After having his share of struggles as an entrepreneur, Samuel Leeds is the figurehead of the company ‘Property Investors’ and many other investment ventures, runs own personal brand and has started his legacy with his own foundation for the unprivileged.

Some of the struggles, tips and guidelines were laid by Samuel in two of his books, ‘'Do the Possible, Watch God Do the Impossible' and 'Buy Low Rent High' which also went on to be the best sellers on Amazon. These books help people explore options as to how one can achieve financial freedom through real-estate and ways to get them done within 12 months or less.

Belief

Samuel doesn’t agree with ‘Seeing is believing’ because to believe - you have to visualize and manifest your thoughts and emotions of perseverance before you see the outcome. He once said, ‘If you plan to buy a real-estate property still in the construction phase, you cannot say that I will believe it once it’s built. You have to first visualize it, believe it is going to happen, and then make it happen.’

Business At Peak

Samuel is an expert on property investments, and he has documented his journey to the top. His venture ‘Property Investors’ stands tall with the worth of over several millions of pounds. The property training company set up in 2016 is the one of the largest in the UK.

Samuel Leeds has transformed people’s lives by empowering them to become financially free through real-estate investment. They have courses offline and online - be it his ‘Property Investors’ online crash course’ or ‘Samuel 365’, and many other unrivalled comprehensive packages of training and support. He has also worked with Krept from the famous UK rap duo ‘Krept and Konan’ and Liv Cooke, football freestyler. Apart from that, he also shot videos with Dragon James Cann, and social media influencer, Patricia Bright, and many other influential personas.

Today perhaps, he is some of the very few and well known businessmen who owns a 20,000 sq ft historic mansion, Ribbesford House in Worcestershire, UK. It is also known that Samuel Leeds is one of the very few people who has been documenting his property journey on YouTube from the initial days to his current days of success (now a millionaire), which attracts a following, making him one of the few “documented millionaires” in Britain.

Success Of Property Investors

The real estate investors in his book ‘Samuel Leeds’ Success Students’ have appeared on Samuel Leeds’ popular YouTube show ‘Winners on a Wednesday’ which talks about their journey, lessons and experiences that helped them in the process of being financially free. The book and youtube channel further emphasizes precious tips and examples of how each of them capitalised on what they have learned. They are the living examples of the value of Samuel’s teachings, experiences, and guidance.

Philanthropic Contribution

In 2009, Samuel Leeds happened to visit a Zambian village where he witnessed the desperate need for fresh drinking water there, and was overwhelmed and touched by the stories of children who were forced to walk miles to obtain clean drinking water. He vowed that if he ever became successful, he would return to the village and make arrangements for freshwater to arrive.

In November 2019, Samuel set up his charity named ‘Samuel Leeds Foundation’, a registered charity transforming lives in Africa. The charity organization was created to provide relief to the poverty existing in Africa and the United Kingdom. They had initiated water sanitation projects in Africa with proper boreholes set up for water supply in remote villages. This foundation also supported the communal facilities and built schools for the children in rural areas like Uganda, Zambia and Tanzania. They also encouraged the local people to start businesses and mentored a few.

Apart from this, 12 years into the real-estate industry, Samuel has been a trainer, mentor, and maintained true entrepreneurship by opening up new avenues of right property education. Till date, Samuel has helped over 20,000 students to train and guide them in-person, and has advised over 170,000 students online. He has helped many first-time real-estate investors to take the first step. His students are from different ethnicities. No matter what their backgrounds are, all the participants crave financial freedom and want to be in complete control of their lives, spending every day doing exactly what they choose to do, hence, giving them the power of financial freedom.
